I called Jim during the mid-summer to install some speakers. He called me back within an hour and scheduled to come out the following day for an estimate. He was on time and genuinely interested in the work even though it was not a "big job". He has a crew that works with him, however, he treated me like I was a big client. The work was performed in one day. I was getting ready to sell my house later in the year and had an issue with a building permit that an interested buyer of my home was looking to obtain. I went to the building department to see if i could get a copy, however, they were unable to provide it to me. Jim was able to act as a go-between for me to talk to the building department about the situation, and was able to resolve it. He had no part in the project in question, but he was willing to go the extra mile for me.

Fixed several lighting problems in my home, as well as moving
doorbell.
All

Of Work:
They repaired a
shorted wire
outside the house on the latest visit. Previously Castle rewired my
kitchen during a remodel, installing recessed and under cabinet
lighting.
Comments:
I had an old
circuit that blew
out repeatedly, locking my car in the garage that was only accessible
with the electric garage door opener. When I called and explained my
situation that morning, they worked me into the schedule and came within
a few hours. They repaired the shorted wire that was causing the
circuit to blow.
